  9-19型高壓離心式通風(fēng)機一般用于鍛冶爐及高壓強制通風(fēng)機，可廣泛用于輸送物料，輸送空氣及無腐蝕性不自然，不含粘性物質(zhì)及氣體。介質(zhì)溫度一般不超過50℃（最高不超過80℃）。介質(zhì)中所含塵土及顆粒不大于150mg/m³。
  產(chǎn)品型式:本廠機號有NO3.15、3.55、4、4.5、5、5.6、6.3、7.1八種?？芍瞥捎倚妥笮齼煞N型式，葉輪順時針旋轉(zhuǎn)，稱為右旋風(fēng)機。以“右”表示，葉輪逆時針旋轉(zhuǎn)，稱為左旋風(fēng)機，以“左”表示。風(fēng)機的出口位置，以機殼的出風(fēng)角度表示，9-19型風(fēng)機NO3.15~7.1出廠時均做成多種型式，可根據(jù)使用單位要求安裝成所需的位置，即出風(fēng)口位置調(diào)整范圍0°~225°或45°，即（0°、45°、90°、135°、180°、225°）共六種。NO7.1根據(jù)用戶需求制成一種方向角度。風(fēng)機的傳動方式為A式（NO3.15~6.3）和D式NO7.1兩種。
  結(jié)構(gòu)特點:本風(fēng)機主要由葉輪、機殼、進風(fēng)口、機架、底架、軸承箱等皮帶傳動而組成。葉輪：由10個后傾的機翼型葉片、曲線型前盤和平板后盤組成，并經(jīng)過動平衡校正，氣動性能，故運轉(zhuǎn)平衡、振動小、效率高、壽命長等特點。機殼：用鋼板焊成蝸型殼體。進風(fēng)口：制成整體（全部模具成型），裝于風(fēng)機的側(cè)面，于軸向平行的戴面為曲線形狀，能使氣體順利進入葉輪，且損失較小。傳動組：由主軸、軸承箱、聯(lián)軸器等。主軸由優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼制成，軸承箱整體結(jié)構(gòu)，采用滾動軸承，分為水冷和油冷兩種。

Housing: welded with a steel plate into a volute casing. Air inlet: made into a whole (all mold molding), installed on the side of the fan, and the axially parallel wearing surface has a curved shape, which enables the gas to smoothly enter the impeller with less loss. Transmission group: from the main shaft, bearing housing, coupling and so on. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel. The overall structure of the bearing housing is made of rolling bearings and is divided into water-cooling and oil-cooling.
