PP彎頭
在PP通風(fēng)管路系統(tǒng)中，PP彎頭是改變管路方向的管件。按照生產(chǎn)工藝可分為：模壓彎頭、注塑彎頭、承插彎頭等。其他名稱(chēng)：90度彎頭、直角彎、愛(ài)而彎等。按角度分，有45°及90°180°三種最常用的，另外根據(jù)工程需要還包括60°等其他非正常角度彎頭。彎頭與管子聯(lián)結(jié)的方式有：直接焊接（最常用的方式）法蘭聯(lián)接、熱熔連接、電熔連接、螺紋聯(lián)接及承插式聯(lián)接等。
PP彎頭曲率半徑：PP彎頭在PP通風(fēng)管道系統(tǒng)中，是改變管道方向的管件。PP彎頭英文為Elbow，縮寫(xiě)為E。因材質(zhì)的不同，生產(chǎn)工藝不一樣，相對(duì)應(yīng)的規(guī)格參數(shù)也不一樣，從而PP彎頭的分類(lèi)也多種多樣?，F(xiàn)以曲率半徑為主要分類(lèi)點(diǎn)，分析彎頭管件的分類(lèi)以及表示方法。按照曲率半徑來(lái)分類(lèi)可分為長(zhǎng)PP半徑彎頭和PP短半徑彎頭。PP長(zhǎng)半徑彎頭指它的曲率半徑等于1.5倍的管子外徑，即R=1.5D。PP短半徑彎頭指它的曲率半徑等于管子的外徑，即R=D。公式中的D為PP彎頭直徑，R為曲率半徑。LR表示長(zhǎng)半徑，SR表示短半徑。按PP彎頭的角度分，有45°彎頭，有90°彎頭和180°彎頭。
