  4-72C型離心式通風(fēng)機(jī)可輸送空氣和其它不自燃的、對(duì)人體無(wú)害的、對(duì)鋼材無(wú)腐蝕性的氣體。氣體內(nèi)不允許有粘性物質(zhì)，所含塵土及硬質(zhì)顆粒物不大于150mg/m3。氣體溫度不得超過(guò)80℃該風(fēng)機(jī)廣泛適用于工礦企業(yè)、大型建筑物、賓館酒樓等室內(nèi)通風(fēng)換氣排煙。
  產(chǎn)品型式:本公司號(hào)有NO2.8、3.2、3.6、4、4.5、5、5.6、6、6.3、7.1、8、10、12十三種?？芍瞥捎倚妥笮齼煞N型式，葉輪順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)，稱為右旋風(fēng)機(jī)。以“右”表示，葉輪逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)，稱為左旋風(fēng)機(jī)，以“左”表示。風(fēng)機(jī)的出口位置，以機(jī)殼的出風(fēng)角度表示。4-72NO2.8-10出廠時(shí)均做成多種型式，可根據(jù)使用單位要求安裝成所需的位置，即出風(fēng)口位置調(diào)整范圍0°~225°間隔是22.5°或45°，即（0°、45°、90°、135°、180°、225°）共六種。NO7.1-10根據(jù)用戶需求制成一種方向角度。風(fēng)機(jī)的傳動(dòng)方式為C式。
  結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):本風(fēng)機(jī)主要由葉輪、機(jī)殼、進(jìn)風(fēng)口、機(jī)架、軸承箱等皮帶傳動(dòng)而組成。葉輪：由10個(gè)后傾斜的機(jī)翼型葉片、曲線型前盤(pán)和平板后盤(pán)組成。并經(jīng)過(guò)動(dòng)平衡校正，氣動(dòng)性能，故運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平衡、振動(dòng)小、效率高、壽命長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn)。機(jī)殼：用鋼板焊成蝸型殼體。進(jìn)風(fēng)口：制成整體（全部模具成型），裝于風(fēng)機(jī)的側(cè)面，于軸向平行的戴面未曲線形狀，能使氣體順利進(jìn)入葉輪，且損失較小。傳動(dòng)組：由主軸、軸承箱、聯(lián)軸器等。主軸由優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼制成，軸承箱整體結(jié)構(gòu)，采用滾動(dòng)軸承，分為水冷和油冷兩種。
