  9-19型高壓離心式通風(fēng)機(jī)一般用于鍛冶爐及高壓強(qiáng)制通風(fēng)機(jī)，可廣泛用于輸送物料，輸送空氣及無(wú)腐蝕性不自然，不含粘性物質(zhì)及氣體。介質(zhì)溫度一般不超過(guò)50℃（最高不超過(guò)80℃）。介質(zhì)中所含塵土及顆粒不大于150mg/m³。
  產(chǎn)品型式:本廠機(jī)號(hào)有NO3.15、3.55、4、4.5、5、5.6、6.3、7.1八種?？芍瞥捎倚妥笮齼煞N型式，葉輪順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)，稱(chēng)為右旋風(fēng)機(jī)。以“右”表示，葉輪逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)，稱(chēng)為左旋風(fēng)機(jī)，以“左”表示。風(fēng)機(jī)的出口位置，以機(jī)殼的出風(fēng)角度表示，9-19型風(fēng)機(jī)NO3.15~7.1出廠時(shí)均做成多種型式，可根據(jù)使用單位要求安裝成所需的位置，即出風(fēng)口位置調(diào)整范圍0°~225°或45°，即（0°、45°、90°、135°、180°、225°）共六種。NO7.1根據(jù)用戶需求制成一種方向角度。風(fēng)機(jī)的傳動(dòng)方式為A式（NO3.15~6.3）和D式NO7.1兩種。
  結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):本風(fēng)機(jī)主要由葉輪、機(jī)殼、進(jìn)風(fēng)口、機(jī)架、底架、軸承箱等皮帶傳動(dòng)而組成。葉輪：由10個(gè)后傾的機(jī)翼型葉片、曲線型前盤(pán)和平板后盤(pán)組成，并經(jīng)過(guò)動(dòng)平衡校正，氣動(dòng)性能，故運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平衡、振動(dòng)小、效率高、壽命長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn)。機(jī)殼：用鋼板焊成蝸型殼體。進(jìn)風(fēng)口：制成整體（全部模具成型），裝于風(fēng)機(jī)的側(cè)面，于軸向平行的戴面為曲線形狀，能使氣體順利進(jìn)入葉輪，且損失較小。傳動(dòng)組：由主軸、軸承箱、聯(lián)軸器等。主軸由優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼制成，軸承箱整體結(jié)構(gòu)，采用滾動(dòng)軸承，分為水冷和油冷兩種。

The range is 0°~225° or 45°, that is, (0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, 225°). NO7.1 is made into a direction angle according to user requirements. The transmission mode of the fan is A type (NO3.15~6.3) and D type NO7.1.Structural features: The fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, frame, chassis, bearing box and other belt drives. Impeller: It consists of 10 backward-inclined airfoil blades, curved front plate and flat rear plate. It has dynamic balance correction and aerodynamic performance, so it has the characteristics of balanced operation, small vibration, high efficiency and long service life. Housing: welded with a steel plate into a volute casing. Air inlet: made into a whole (all mold molding), installed on the side of the fan, and the axially parallel wearing surface has a curved shape, which enables the gas to smoothly enter the impeller with less loss. Transmission group: from the main shaft, bearing housing, coupling and so on. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel. The overall structure of the bearing housing is made of rolling bearings and is divided into water-cooling and oil-cooling.
